IT Helpdesk
About Us
We are a group of student and staff
employees who assist students, faculty, and
staff with computer related questions and
problems. We help to resolve issues with
hardware, software, networking, viruses,
security, and connection issues. We also
provide assistance with setting up email
accounts and connecting from home.
The
IT Helpdesk is located in the
University Computer Center (UCC), which is
located at the corner of Douglas and Oakwood
next to Carter Field.
