Many services are offered to faculty members. Faculty evaluations, test scoring, and data
analysis using the NCS Scanner are available at the University Computer Center (UC).
Blank scanner forms are available for purchase through OfficeMax. The form most commonly used
is #D218030 - the green custom answer form.
Submit completed forms to the Information Area, UC 1200, for processing.
